| We aim to be the best in our field. We do not believe in compromising quality and aim to make our delivery as close to perfection as we can. We give every project our best shot, we stay abreast of the developments in management thought and deliver consistently superior value-add to our clients. Our delivery efficiency has endeared us to all our clients and our relationships are all long-term. |

As an organisation, we learn and grow on a continuous basis. With every project, we have been able to improve the process, the tools, the approach and incorporate kaizen in a fundamental and significant way.
We also focus on individual learning and growth - we recognise every Vernalis member's need and right to grow and hence provide opportunities for him to value-add to himself on a continuous basis.
Finally, we also focus on client learning - our philosophy is to help the client to be a self-managed entity when we exit from the system instead of being dependent on an external Consultant to manage him. |

| In all our business dealings, we work with the highest standards of integrity. Our quality policy is one reflection of this belief. We believe that the highest need for integrity comes when one is faced with a fork - of losing something else (mostly this translates into money) or losing integrity. And in such situations, we choose integrity. Our conscience is more dear to us than our wallet. |
