corporations. The Vernalis intervention begins with the competency
mapping process, if the competency map/ model is not ready. Then
based on the competency basket, appropriate tools are identified/

globe. Vernalis assessors conduct the Assessment Centres over 1-3
days, depending on the number of competencies and the seniority of
