Areas of Expertise: These are core skills of the individual. Usually, these are areas where the person has a high degree of conceptual clarity and practical experience.
 
 
Differentiating Competencies: In contrast to the Generic competencies, every Consultant has some competencies which differentiate his work from that of others and gives him an edge. These competencies differ for different people. They are included in this section of the Profile. The differentiating competencies are over and above certain generic* competencies that are assumed as mandatory for consultants.
