Yogesh Shah, 59, has been an associate of Vernalis for over four years. He has a Masters in Engineering and a Bachelors degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. His initial corporate stint was with Larsen & Toubro. Here he gained early exposure to different aspects of design, marketing, and production as a part of the core team advising on technical aspects of marketing for the switchgear group.
After seven years in L&T, began an entrepreneurial period when he formed a partnership to offer services in turnkey electrical installation for large companies across India. |

Thereafter, he was President of DNDC Ltd. for two years, when he grew the company substantially in terms of people and business.
During this entrepreneurial period, he worked with people from various backgrounds, helping them with their personal and professional development. It was then that he came in contact with Vernalis and found a connection with the team and the work.
His long experience of leadership positions, of growing businesses and understanding people issues make him a good fit in several Vernalis assignments, especially Organisation Diagnostics and Assessment-Development Centers. |

He has participated in several Organisation Diagnostic assignments: adding value with his structured probing skills, maturity in understanding complex people isssues and organisational dynamics, and by interpreting facts holistically. He has also participated in Assessment-Development Centers for Junior and Middle Management Centers and carried out Development Dialogues with these Managers.
